From Pavilion To KLCC To A New Year

2012

Not ever going to be an overstatement to say the year has been one of the most important years I spent on this planet. Not only it marked the 20 year anniversary of the first life changing event of my life, a lot of significant events took place unexpectedly and then rather quickly unfolded themselves into handsome preludes for the intertwining plays in the future.

My future.

Our future on this planet.

Ok, I am in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia right now. How did I end up here? I could state my reasons one by one... Or I can smile in a very satisfying way and tell you "Life happened, it led me here." while going over all the dear memories in my mind. Thinking of it as "being led" might seem a little pessimistic, but at the end, we are products of our own universes. I think it is important to understand such notion. However, what is influencing us is not as nearly important as what could be influencing us. We have the ability to manipulate what makes our universe. That, instantaneously, put us right back at the driver's seat. The deciding factor is how determine you are to make your world and be affected by it. Oh no, it is not easy. I am still learning.

I am in Kuala Lumpur now because I made it happen.

Let us take some time to remember and cherish all those dear faces.
